What am I purchasing?

The products you are purchasing are one-of-a-kind fine art paintings, and/or limited editions i-Art paintings. Regardless of how the image is reproduced, on canvas, decor items, clothing items, and or gifts, Jayne Behman  has the sole right to use the image.

All artist designs are 100% owned by the Artist and copyrighted.  Expressed permission for use must be granted in writing by the artist.

You will receive a Certificate of Authenticity with every fine art and i-art painting purchase.

How can I trust buying on this website?

Buy with confidence. Safety and trust are really important to us all and being a frequent online shopper myself I take it seriously. When you purchase an item on this website, I do NOT collect any payment information. When you go to your cart to complete your purchase  you are transferred to a secured website operated by PayPal.  There, it is your option to pay for the products you desire to purchase using your PayPal account or using your credit card. Your payment information is processed through PayPal. Read PayPal’s security promise.

On this website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and your account, and are responsible for all activities that occur under your password and/or account. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your computer. If you are using a shared computer, be sure to log off when you finish.

You agree to (a) immediately notify me of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of your security, and (b) you ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. I cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.

Why am I required to register before making a purchase?

Registering is quick and easy, I require only a password in addition to the email address that you provide. Having an account lets you keep track of your order’s status from your dashboard easily.  It is also a way for you and I to communicate easily and quickly.

How do I change my email settings?

To change your email address or to change your email notifications, follow the steps below:

Go to the link called ’Account’ or your username if you’re signed in. Click on your username to access your user account dashboard.

Select “Account settings”. You are then able to change your connected email address, shipping address, and specify if you’d like to receive email from me.

I forgot my password, how can I get a new one?

It happens to the best of us.  Go to your account page so you can set a new one.


What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all forms of payment through PayPal.

Are my payments secure?

All orders are paid through PayPal. You will need a PayPal account to purchase my products. PayPal accepts many forms of payment.  Review PayPal’s security information and certifications for confidentiality and privacy. I do not collect or process payments on my website.

I do not share any of your personal information.

How do I check the status of an order?

You will receive a confirmation of your order via email. Once I have received payment, providing the product is in stock,  your product will be shipped to the shipping address you have provided.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. You track the shipment.

In the event the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, you will be immediately notified. All good things take time. Please allow 2 weeks to deliver out-of stock products.

Shipping and Returns

What is the shipping return?

The products you purchase are delivered directly to the shipping address you provide us. Returns must be prior approved.  Please read our return policy carefully;

Returns on damaged items:

In case of damage to the product, please reach out and contact us immediately via email, explain the issue, and send us a picture. We ask that you return the item(s) to us within 2 days of its delivery and in its original packaging. Once received by us, we will ship out a replacement product unless this is a one of a kind painting.

One of a kind products such as fine art and i-art paintings cannot be replaced.  These products are insured for their replacement value. We will ask that you work with us and the insurance carrier to insure that you receive your refund. The refund will be paid to you at the time we are paid by the insurance company. The insurance company will most probably confiscate this product.

Cost of return shipping on damaged products such as Pillows, Ties, and Spaceniks is paid for by us so long as like product is being replaced and there is no refund.

Returns on undamaged items without replacement:

We stand behind our products. If you are unhappy with your purchase shoot us an email within 2 days of the delivery. We must prior approve all returns.

One of a kind fine art paintings and limited edition i-Art paintings may be returned at buyers cost. Shipping arrangements must be approved by us. Once the product is received by us and verified that there is no damage, we will refund the cost of your purchase less a 10% restock fee.

Art Pillows, Ties, and Spacenik products are shipped with a return label.  Once we approve your return request, the product(s)must be returned to us in its original packaging using our label at the buyers cost.  We will refund the cost of your purchase less a 10% restock fee.

Returns on undamaged items with replacement:

Fine Art and i-Art paintings cannot be replaced. Refer to the paragraphs above.

Which countries do we ship to?

At this time we only ship to the United States.

How much will the delivery cost me?

There is NO delivery cost to deliver to the United States*.

*Some countries may charge customs and duties for your parcel. You are responsible for these customs and duties charges. But this does NOT apply as we are currently only shipping to the United States.

How long does it take normally for an order to arrive?

The delivery time depends on the availability of the product you ordered and the distance between you and us.

All good things take time. The expected delivery time is clearly stated on the product page, and on the checkout page.  Products in inventory deliver within 6 days. Products back ordered will be delivered in 2 weeks.

Paintings that must be crated and shipped may take up to 3 weeks.  Shipping will vary depending on the item as handcrafted goods may take more time to ship.

You will receive a tracking number with your order once it is processed.

How do I take care of my Art?

Product care

  • Art Pillows; 100% cotton. Machine washable on delicate cycle, delicate soap, and cold water. Wash only the cover and remove the insert.
  • Art Ties; Polyester. Dry Clean only.
  • Fine Art Paintings on canvas or wood; never use cleaning products or solvents. Use only a feather duster.  To repair, take the painting to a professional art center that specializes in restoration.
  • i-Art paintings on canvas; never use cleaning products or solvents or water. Use only a feather duster. The 100 year archival inks and 100 year coating can be breached when the art is mishandled.
  • Spacenik-products; these products are individualized. You need to review each product description for care instructions.
